Most people who face these processes do so without a lawyer. They are not choosing between us and a solicitor. They are choosing between a properly prepared document and whatever they can manage alone, at midnight, the night before a deadline.
That is the gap we exist to close — and it is why everything here is built to one standard, whether you pay us or not.
Built from the source
Every form is the genuine official one, fetched from GOV.UK and filled from what you tell us. Rules and fees are looked up, never recalled. Where we cannot confirm something, we say so rather than guess.
Yours, start to finish
You remain the litigant throughout. We prepare; you read, check, sign and file. The statement of truth is always left blank, because it is yours to sign and nobody else’s.
Honest about free help
Court forms are free. Help with Fees can remove the fee entirely. Citizens Advice, Support Through Court and Advocate cost nothing. When free help suits you better, we will tell you and name it.
