You do not have to. Chris is here now — tell him what has happened in your own words and he will start on your document with you. It is free to start, and there is no charge to find out whether we can help.
If money is tight, Help with Fees can remove the court fee entirely, and Citizens Advice and Support Through Court are free. We will always tell you when you do not need us.

Send us an email with your papers and we send back the finished document, back to you within one working day. We do the reading, the thinking and the writing, drafted to a professional standard rather than filled into a template. We quote on an individual basis, on the size of the document and the time it needs; nothing is agreed or charged until you say go. You read it, you sign it, you send it — it stays your document throughout.

For businesses and organisations. All your professional drafting needs — forms and applications, letters and contracts, terms to sign off, reports, or a branded presentation. Send us the brief and the papers and we send back the finished document, usually within the hour, in whatever you actually work in: Word, PDF, slides, spreadsheets or Google Docs. Written to a professional standard rather than filled into a template. We quote per document on size and time; nothing is agreed or charged until you say go. It goes out in your name, as your own work.
