In short: eLitigant CIC has been added to the University of Nottingham’s Ingenuity Impact alumni pages, following our 2026 Ingenuity Impact Inclusivity Prize win — recognition for helping people prepare their own court and official documents to a professional standard, with free guides for everyone.

Some news we’re genuinely proud of: the University of Nottingham has featured eLitigant on its Ingenuity Impact alumni pages — alongside businesses the programme has backed from idea to impact.

The Ingenuity programme supported eLitigant when it was little more than a conviction: that the hardest part of dealing with courts and officialdom isn’t the law — it’s the paperwork — and that ordinary people deserve a proper way through it. This year that conviction won the 2026 Ingenuity Impact Inclusivity Prize, and the recognition is going exactly where you’d hope: keeping our step-by-step guides free and reaching more of the people who need this most.

What the recognition is for

eLitigant helps people prepare their own official documents properly — a money claim, probate when a family loses someone, benefits and support forms, workplace paperwork, and the letters in between. You stay in control: our technology drafts the document with you, to a professional standard, in minutes — you check it, you sign it, you file it. As a Community Interest Company, we are funded by the users, for the people who need us most.
